SAP CALCULATIONS FOR NEW BUILDS & CONVERSIONS

At Oakland Energy we can guide you through the complete SAP process. There are essentially two stages:

As designed stage

Upon receipt of construction drawings and specification we can provide you with all of the relevant SAP documentation to be submitted to Building Control as part of your Building Regulations application.

If it’s a new dwelling you will also need Part G & Part O calculations.

As built stage

Secondly, once the dwelling has been built and the construction methods and specification are confirmed, we can then issue the Energy Performance Certificate. The EPC is required for your completion certificate.
