We’re a small, specialist team with a big depth of experience in building performance, compliance, and on site testing (we also love snowboarding!)

Sophie has over 20 years in the construction sector and 14+ years specialising in Part L compliance, including SAP Calculations, EPCs, Dynamic & Simplified Modelling for Part O, Psi Value Calculations... basically anything residential new build!  

Her background as an architectural technician means she understands buildings from the inside out — how they’re designed, how they’re built, and how to solve problems when things don’t go to plan.  She’s all about accuracy, clarity, and giving clients practical solutions that actually work. 

Jonny has grown up around construction and is the practical, on site side of the team.  With extensive hands on experience in building performance testing — including airtightness — he knows what happens on site and how to get reliable results.  He’s focused on efficiency, clear communication, and making sure every test runs smoothly.
