Air testing is mandatory for all new builds.

Whilst its optional for conversions, its recommended as it guaranteed to improve your EPC rating. 

We use modern pulse testing equipment, which is quicker and doesn’t require a traditional blower door.

Air testing measures how much air escapes through gaps in the building fabric. A more airtight home loses less heat, reduces energy bills, and lowers its environmental impact.

However, airtightness needs to be balanced with good ventilation. Too airtight without proper ventilation can lead to condensation and mould. 

Getting this balance right is essential for a healthy, efficient home.
