SAP Calculations for Extensions

Oakland Energy provides SAP calculations for extensions to help demonstrate compliance with the relevant Building Regulations requirements.

When an extension includes more than 25% of the floor area (plus area of openings removed) as glazing, Building Control or your Approved Inspector require calculations to show that the design still meets Part L of the Building Regulations.
